Before joining the OOCL Group, I worked for a shipbroker and specialized in the tanker business. During my stint there, I learnt the working mechanisms of the shipping industry and their characteristics. Therefore, it has always been my dream to be able to work in this industry.

I joined OOCL Japan in 1996 as a Marketing Department Clerk. Two years later, I voluntarily chose to work in the marketing and sales department of OOCL Logistics. According to a definition of The Council of Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), "Logistics is that part of the supply chain process that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements." This definition exactly represents my daily activities here in Japan.

At OOCL Logistics, we are always trying to develop the best custom-made logistics flow to each customer in all aspects. I sincerely hope our group's knowledge and capabilities can contribute to our customer's global competitive advantages.
