I started my profession in international logistics after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After working in customer service international freight forwarding company, I decided to further my study in Australia.
Four years later, I returned to Shanghai with double Master's degree and found a job working in marketing for OOCL Logistics, which was indeed very challenging. Four years later, I decided to relocate with my family to Australia and was offered a job in customer service in the OOCL Logistics’ Sydney office. Through this job, I am literally widening my perspective from origin services to destination services. The frontline customer service job gives me more insights into the details of supply chain management, which is a totally different experience from marketing.
OOCL Logistics is a young part of the OOCL family which is growing rapidly. I hope I will remain part of the OOCL Logistics family for a long time to come.
