Upon completion of my MBA, I looked at a number of career options and decided on OOCL Logistics as they value people who take the company and business personally and those who are able demonstrate candor, insight and creativity and can thrive in an environment of change and challenge. Luckily I was given the opportunity to join the MBA Management Trainee program as an executive trainee. The eighteen months of comprehensive on-job rotation to different business units, gave me a good insight into every part of the company: Trade, Marketing, Operation Logistics, Sales, Customer Service and International Logistics.

After finished my training, I was given the opportunity to assist the development of a new business division in OOCL Logistics. While this new role brought me lots of challenges, it has certainly been one of the most rewarding and valuable working experiences, especially due to the commitment of working teams and the support of the company. I am very proud to be part of this world-class logistics service company.
