In October, 2025,
OOCL Logistics is delighted to announce the successful achievement of
the TAPA TSR certification in China, reinforcing our commitment to
delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality logistics solutions for our customers while meeting their evolving compliance and security requirements.

What is TAPA TSR?
The
Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Trucking Security
Requirements (TSR) is a globally recognized trucking security standard
designed to safeguard high-value goods during road transportation. It is
classified into three security levels: Level 1 (Elevated), Level 2
(Moderate) and Level 3 (Basic).
We
obtained Level 2 certification after several rounds of assessments and
verifications. Key aspects such as tracking, driver training, and
documented procedures and guidelines for vehicles and drivers, aimed at
reducing theft and loss, are assessed by accredited parties during
audits.
About TAPA
The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) is
a global industry association dedicated to reducing cargo theft and
enhancing supply chain security. Founded in 1997, it brings together
manufacturers, shippers, logistics providers, freight carriers, insurers, law enforcement agencies, and government bodies to address rising threats within global logistics networks.
Strengthening Our Supply Chain Security
Following last year’s successful attainment of the TAPA FSR (Facility Security Requirements) certification in Vietnam (which
focuses on storage), achieving this second TAPA accreditation for
transport reaffirms our dedication to strengthening supply chain
security and aligning with global standards to support safe and
resilient business growth.
