Key Functions

Marketing & Sales

Drive the formulation and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet evolving market needs, while delivering tailored supply chain solutions across local or international logistics networks.

Customer Services

Deliver high-quality customer service through a dedicated in-house team that combines operational excellence with advanced IT capabilities.

Leverage proprietary and emerging technologies, ranging from real-time tracking to predictive analytics, to enhance visibility, optimize performance, and support faster, data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

Operations

Develop, manage, and deploy logistics infrastructure across the supply chain, including warehousing, trucking, and intermodal operations, to deliver world-class logistics services.

Oversee and coordinate services and assets of the OOCL Group and vendors across multiple locations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Information Services

Support global operations as part of the OOCL Group’s Information Technology team, contributing to system development, infrastructure management, and product innovation through our robust e-business platforms.
