Position:

Assistant Manager - Claim Processing Center, CSV/OLCL​


Location:  Shanghai


Accountabilities:

1. Provide professional legal support for China Region including Mainland China and HongKong on contract drafting, reviewing, negotiations and contract management.

2. Provide legal support and advice on claims, as well as provide value added comments and recommendations to the management to support their business decisions.

3. Provide legal advice on routine operation and management.

4. All other related tasks as assigned by the manager.


Requirements:

1. At least with a bachelor's degree of law. Pass China National Jurisdictional Examination is a plus.

2. Working experience related to logistics industry is preferred.

3. Thorough knowledge of PRC law, deep understanding of Common Law System, overseas studying experience on law is an advantage.

4. Native or Excellent English skills are required.

5. Patient and careful, strong team spirit and learning adapting capability, ability to work under pressure.
