Position          

Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales (International Freight Forwarding)

Job Location       

Mumbai, Chennai, Mundra & Delhi Office

Accountabilities  

• Achieving monthly budgets for International freight volumes.
• Implement a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
• Seek/create opportunities to expand business with current clients; identify further business needs and develop and present solutions.
• Securing customers through face-to-face meetings and by maintaining a strong business pipeline for regular conversion.
• Co-ordinating with Internal procurement teams to obtain targeted freights & value added 3PL service costs, to meet customers price requirements.
• Collecting market intelligence for identifying new opportunities & for customizing service offerings for customers.

Requirements      

• Have more than 7 years work experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Internal and External Customers.
• The person should be capable of fostering strong relationships with the target customers, to sell International freight & value added 3PL solutions.
• Result- oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus.
