Manager, Marketing & Sales Department (Domestics Logistics - Warehouse & Distribution)

Accountabilities  

• Achieving monthly budgets for International freight volumes.
• Provide leadership and direction to sales team and lead from the front to achieve their objectives
• Maintain and develop client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
• Securing customers through face-to-face meetings and by maintaining a strong business pipeline for regular conversion.
• Co-ordinating with Internal procurement teams to obtain targeted freights & value added 3PL service costs, to meet customers price requirements.
• Collecting market intelligence for identifying new opportunities & for customizing service offerings for customers.
• Provide leadership and direction to sales team and lead from the front to achieve their objectives

Requirements      

• Have more than 7 years work experience
• Strong communicat​ion, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Internal and External Customers.
• The person should be capable of fostering strong relationships with the target customers, to sell International freight & value added 3PL solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction within the team
